VCI-121 MP Barrier Film

NEW unique dual action: desiccant/VCI protection.
Aluminum laminated film designed for the additional protection of  moisture-sensitive and oxygen-sensitive equipment parts. Combines the  multi-metal desiccant corrosion inhibiting properties of VCI films and the moisture prevention properties of barrier films. Ideal for vacuum packaging of large and small parts.
Package: Custom sized bags.


VCI-126 Multimetal LDPE Heat Sealable Film, Patented

NEW unique dual action: desiccant/VCI protection.
Transparent plastic films with VCI for multi-metal protection. Heat sealable. Also available in Zip-Lock® bags. Anti-Static, Fire Retardant, Shrink and Skin film varieties. Conforms to MIL-B-22019C and MIL-B-22020C. FDA approved and recyclable.
Package: Standard and custom size bags, tubing and sheeting.


VCI-127 LDPE Film Heat Sealable and Resealable Bags

Transparent plastic films with VCI for ferrous metals. Allows fast part identification and inspection. Package: Custom-size bags, sheets, tubing, roll stock and stretch film.


VCI-125/128 Antistatic Shield Bags, Patented

VCI-130 Series Impregnated Foam Shapes, Patented

NEW unique dual action: desiccant/VCI protection.
VCI-132, 133, 134, 137 are impregnated foam shapes, rectangles, circles and squares for ferrous and non-ferrous protection. Available in a variety of sizes. Nitrite-free, non-toxic, non-polluting.

VCI-135 Anti-static Foam

NEW unique dual action: Anti-static/VCI protection.
Combines the properties of the Cortec® VCI foam products and an anti-static polyurethane foam. Product provides a permanent anti-static construction and superior corrosion and oxidation protection to electronic components. Protects against triboelectric charge generation in packaging applications. Conforms to MIL-B-81705B. Multi-metal protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Package: Custom size pads and rolls.


VCI-138 Conductive Foam

NEW unique dual action: VCI protection/static shield.
VCI impregnated foam which combines the properties of the Cortec® VCI foam products with a conductive crosslinked polyethylene foam. Provides a permanent static electric shield and superior corrosion and oxidation protection to all EDS sensitive components. Supplied either as a rigid foam when used as a carrier for electronic components or as a flexible foam which is added as a protection pad in a package.
Package: Rigid or flexible foam 1/4" thick in custom sizes.


VCI-144 EcoWrapTM

Multimetal VCI barrier coated paper, excellent moisture barrier, replaces poly, recyclable, repulpable, non-toxic, and biodegradable.


VCI-146/VCI-147 Multimetal Inhibitor Paper, Patented

NEW unique dual action: desiccant/VCI protection.
VCI paper protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Available in different paper grades and laminations. Kraft, polycoated and reinforced grades. Nitrite and chromate free. Conforms to MIL-P-3420E.
Package: Standard and custom size roll stock and sheeting.

VCI-350/351 Coating Solution

Multi-metal Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor coating for the Folding Box and Corrugated Box Industry. Available in a solvent-based or water-based formulation.
Package: 5 gallons (19 liters) and 55 gallons (208 liters).


VCI-357/359 Liquid Coating

Liquid saturation coating for flexible substrates such as paper, corrugated, chipboard, foam, Tyvek®, etc. Provides multi-metal protection. Substrates coated with VCI-357, in most instances, conform with MIL-P-3420E. VCI-359 is for ferrous metals only.
Package: 5 gallons (19 liters) and 55 gallons (208 liters).

VCI-500 Pipe Strip

Low density, polyethylene rod containing VCI designed for protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys.
Package: 500 ft. of 1/3" diameter strip wound on a spool.

Cor-Pak(TM) VCI Bubbles, Patented NEW unique dual action: desiccant/VCI protection.

Designed for cushioning, dunnage, void fill and interleaving. VCI contained in bubble film provides multi-metal protection. Recyclable.
Package: Standard and custom size sheeting, pouches and bundles.


Cor-Pak(TM) Cold Seal

Cohesive system with VCI protection. Available in paper, poly, corrugated substrates. Sticks firmly and only to itself.

Cor-Pak(TM) Tablets

All purpose VCI for multi-metal applications. Insert into packages. Nitrite free, non-polluting, for non-ferrous and ferrous metals.
Package: 1000 per bottle, 4 bottles per carton.


Cor-Pak(TM) Film

High density polyethylene film coated with VCI. Protects ferrous and non-ferrous metal. Excellent barrier.
Package: Standard and custom size roll stock and sheeting.


Cor-Pak(TM) Breathable Pouches, Patented

Tyvek® breathable membrane filled with multi-metal VCI(1-MUL). For applications where powder contamination is not acceptable.
