Reusable Rigid Cases

Poly Lam Products supplies the highest   quality reusable rigid cases available.

All of these cases are rotationally molded in durable polyethylene so they are rigid and recyclable - with corners that are 15%-20% thicker to absorb shocks better - with molded color that can't wear off.  All hardware is fully recessed.  Patented anti-shear interlocks protect closure hardware from damaging share forces during drops.  Tough stainless steel inserts are molded-in to give catches, hinges and strikes added strength and make them easier to replace if necessary.  With over 200 standard sizes - more than anyone else in the industry - we deliver protection protection solutions quickly and cost effectively.

The tongue-in-groove gasketed parting line of each case seals tight - even after impact because it is molded right in.  Inside standard cases, we can provide a variety of cushioning options: foam filled, foam lined, or with cushioning configured specifically for your application.  Cases are available without cushioning as well.

Each of our cases is carefully engineered for minimum weight and maximum protection.   Molded-in interlocking ribs give the case greater strength and stacking stability.
